Product Description

Tungsten carbide oil nozzles are nozzles made from tungsten carbide–cobalt (WC-Co) cemented carbide. They are used to spray oil at specific flow rates, pressures, and spray angles. Due to their exceptional wear resistance, they are 5-10 times more durable than quenched steel nozzles. Their service life can reach 8,000–15,000 hours, and they can operate reliably even under extreme conditions, such as very low temperatures (-196 °C) and high temperatures (up to 850 °C).
