Product Description

Tungsten carbide automotive nozzles are industrial nozzles made from high-hardness tungsten carbide and can be divided into fuel injection nozzles and thermal spray nozzles. Fuel injection nozzles are used to control the injection timing, injection quantity, and atomization pattern of fuel in high-pressure common rail systems, directly affecting vehicle emissions and fuel consumption. Thermal spray nozzles are used to repair or reinforce vulnerable automotive components, with applications including high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying, plasma spraying, and powder coating.

With its excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance of tungsten carbide, these nozzles can operate reliably in high-pressure, high-speed spraying environments for extended periods, maintaining precise spray performance, improving fuel combustion efficiency, coating quality, or cleaning efficiency, and significantly extending the service life of the equipment.
