Product Description
Cemented Carbide Guide Bushing is a wear-resistant component designed to protect critical parts and is widely used in vulnerable components. For example, in valves, the guide bushing protects the sealing elements and is installed inside the valve stem cover to effectively reduce leakage. When used as a sealing bearing sleeve, it withstands wear between the bearing and the housing, preventing increased friction between the shaft and the bore, thereby extending equipment life.
It offers excellent chemical stability and long-term load-bearing capacity. They are resistant to alkalis, alcohols, hydrocarbons, acids, oils, detergents, and water (including seawater). They are also non-toxic, odorless, and rust-free. Thanks to these properties, they are widely used in the petroleum and chemical industries, including submersible pumps, mud pumps, water pumps, and centrifugal pumps, providing reliable protection and long-term stable performance.
